Our Products
Surface Treatments for Conveyor Rollers
To ensure optimal performance in different working environments, our conveyor rollers are available with a wide range of surface treatments. These options improve durability, corrosion resistance, and adaptability to specific applications.

Zinc Plating
Provides excellent anti-corrosion protection Ideal for logistics, e-commerce, and indoor material handling

Powder Coating
Strong wear and impact resistance Customizable colors for brand recognition and visual safety

Rubber Lagging / PU Coating
Enhances grip, noise reduction, and shock absorption Widely used in mining, packaging, and conveyor systems handling fragile items

Stainless Steel Finish
Superior hygiene and corrosion resistance Perfect for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries

Silicone Coating
Features high temperature resistance and excellent anti-stick properties Effectively prevents materials from adhering to the roller surface, maintaining smooth conveying.

Customized Options
Support for special coatings based on customer needs OEM/ODM services available to match different industries and environments
Quality Control
We have extensive production experience and strict quality control, and are ISO and CE certified, ensuring that every product fully meets customer requirements before shipment.

Shore Hardness Tester
The Shore Hardness Tester is primarily used to measure the hardness of PU or PVC tubing on the conveyor roller surface. Excessively hard tubing can damage conveyed materials, while excessively soft tubing can cause wear.

Salt Spray Tester
The salt spray tester is primarily used to simulate various customer working environments to test the surface properties of conveyor rollers, ensuring the corrosion resistance of the rollers at the customer's site.

Three-Jaw Internal Micrometer
The three-jaw internal micrometer is primarily used to measure the fit between sprocket bearings. If the bearing tolerances are too large, the bearings will loosen during rotation, shortening the lifespan of the conveyor roller.

Conveyor Roller Circular Runout Testing
The circular runout of conveyor rollers is crucial to the smoothness of material conveying. Each of our conveyor rollers undergoes circular runout testing to ensure it meets our customers' requirements.
